  What a wonderful experience! I was visiting LA and needed a correction for  something my regular dentist had botched. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that they weren't just experts at dentistry, but also at putting people at ease. Unsolicited, a patient who was leaving saw me filling out new patient paperwork and started raving about how she used to be afraid of going to the dentist until she found this practice. She assured me I would love them, and she was right. My issue was dealt with promptly and professionally. Even though I was from out of town and in so much pain they could have gouged not just my mouth but my wallet, I felt truly valued as an individual and was pleasantly surprised when it came time to settle the bill.
